About Andrey Sokurec

Andrey Sokurec is the Founder and CEO of Homestead Road, the Midwest's largest residential real estate operator. Since founding the company in 2007, he has led it through every market cycle to more than 3,000 homes purchased and $100 million in 2025 revenue — making Homestead Road the dominant operator in its category in Minnesota and a recognized name in Twin Cities real estate.

Under his leadership, Homestead Road has earned a place on the Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies for six consecutive years and was named to Inc.'s Best Places to Work. In October 2025, the company completed its first strategic acquisition — Twin Cities Home Buyers — marking the start of a multi-market consolidation strategy in the fragmented fix-and-flip industry.

Andrey arrived in the United States from Belarus in 2005 with limited English and no real estate background. He closed his first investment property in 2007 and built Homestead Road from that single transaction into a tech-enabled platform that has now helped more than 3,000 families move on to their next chapter.

He is co-author of Total Financial Awakening (2020), host of The Billion-Dollar CEO Showon YouTube, and a sought-after speaker at investment summits across the country. He serves as Chair of the Homestead Road Foundation, is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), and has been recognized in Marquis Who's Who in Business.

Andrey lives between Minneapolis and Miami with his family.
