Communities
Nobody builds a company alone. These are the rooms where Andrey learns from his peers and gives his time back: a board seat with fellow Harvard Business School alumni in South Florida, and two peer groups of chief executives and real estate operators.
Each one is listed with a link to the organization itself, so you can check the affiliation at the source.
- Board of Directors
Harvard Business School Club of South Florida
The alumni club for more than 1,700 Harvard Business School graduates across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Monroe counties — one of the most active HBS alumni communities in the country.
Andrey serves on the club's Board of Directors as a member of its Executive Committee. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School's Owner/President Management program (OPM 58, 2022).
- Member, Miami chapter
Young Presidents' Organization (YPO)
The global leadership community of more than 29,000 chief executives in 130 countries. Members must have reached significant leadership success at a young age, and the work happens in small, confidential peer forums.
Andrey is a member of YPO Miami, a chapter founded in 2000 that has been named a Best of the Best chapter worldwide.
- Member
The Collective Genius
An application-and-invitation-only mastermind of about 650 market-leading U.S. residential real estate investors, meeting up to four times a year to share numbers, systems, and deal flow. Nothing is pitched or sold.
Andrey is a member. The group is where operators running businesses like Homestead Road compare notes with the people doing the same work in other markets.
Executive education, awards, and media coverage are on the News & Press page. Andrey's philanthropy is on the Giving page.
